*Northeast Argentine Gas Pipeline
Contractors wishing to carry out excavation, soil movement and/or construction work in the safety zone of a gas pipeline must comply with certain general guidelines to avoid any type of incident related to our pipelines and their installations.
Request authorization
Do not excavate or build within the pipeline safety zone (30m on each side) without prior written authorization from TGN.
Inform start of work
Inform TGN, with due anticipation, of the effective start of the authorized work in the pipeline safety area.
Identify the pipeline
Establish the location of the pipeline at the work site prior to the start of the work: this must be done by TGN personnel or under their supervision.
On-site drawings and permits
Have a copy of the Approved Plans and Work Permit issued by TGN on site.
On-site presence of TGN when excavating
Do not excavate in the pipeline safety zone (30m on each side) without the presence of TGN personnel on site.
