Transportadora de Gas Del Norte S. A. (hereinafter, TGN) respects every person’s privacy (hereinafter “User”) who accesses, browses, uses and/or registers on our website: http://tgn.com.ar/en or any other link belonging to TGN (hereinafter, the “Website”). This privacy policy (hereinafter “Privacy Policy”) describes both all the information gathered by TGN about the User, from the use of the Website or any other site connected with it, and the use it can have of such information. Besides, it contains a description of the security measures adopted by TGN to protect such information, as well as the means the User can count on to request access, rectification, modification or suppression of the information.
Applicable Law
The present Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic.
In the event of any divergence related to this Privacy Policy, the User and TGN agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Ordinary Courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, to the exclusion of any other corresponding jurisdiction.

Retention of users’ data
